Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24–48 business hours from the time of confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day.
Once dispatched, shipment details along with a tracking link will be shared via email and/or SMS.

Shipping Charges

Complimentary shipping is offered on prepaid orders above ₹499

A standard shipping fee may be applicable on orders below this value or on Cash on Delivery (COD), where available
Serviceable Locations
We currently deliver across most serviceable pin codes within India. In case your location falls outside our delivery network, we will notify you at the earliest.
Delays and Exceptions
While we strive to adhere to committed timelines, delays may occur due to:

Serene is not liable for delays arising from such external factors.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Customers are requested to ensure accurate address and contact details at the time of placing the order. In case of unsuccessful delivery attempts, the courier partner will initiate reattempts as per their policy.
Damaged or Incomplete Orders
If your order is received in a damaged condition or is incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with relevant images for review.
