Refund policy

We offer refunds or replacements only in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received a damaged or defective product

  • You received an expired product

If your situation falls under any of the above, please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Important Notes

  • No return or refund request will be accepted after 7 days from delivery.

  • Please allow us 48 hours to review your request.

  • Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup through our courier partner from your address.

  • After we receive the returned product, our quality team will verify the issue.

  • If verified, your refund will be processed within 24 hours. (Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank/payment provider.)
